FinalCutPro 
We used FinalCutPro to edit and cut our footage. This allowed us to create different layers to edit our work on (a bit like photoshop layers), and although was hard to use at the beginning, soon became natural for us to use. 

- GarageBand

The internet helped us during both the research and the making stages of the project. We used the internet for almost all of our tasks, and even to the point of finding out what the weather was like so we could shoot our film in London. If we were unsure about how to do a technique on FinalCutPro, we used the internet to find a video or step by step of how to do that certain technique.
Photobooth -for quick photos
 The only occasions we used Photobooth were to take quick pitures of hand-drawn mind maps, and quick group photos needed for our blog. This programme is not really a professional software as it does not produce high quality images/video.   

-After Effects

Youtube
Youtube has been very helpful during our project. Without Youtube we wouldn't have the help from over 120,000,000 videos that are available to us. We used Youtube to find out new techniques for the software we were using, for example Garage-band and FinalCutPro.To enable the public to view and give feedback on our video, Youtube was a big help, and also allowed us to put the videos on our blog. 

-LogicPro

Blogger
Without Blogger, nobody would be able to view all the hard work we put into the project.  Blogger enabled us to post work onto the internet for people to view, and also helped us link the videos we created from Youtube to the blog. 
Facebook 
This social networking website helped us to get feedback on the video. We also used Facebook for group discussions about meeting up, ideas and planning our media project.
BubblUs
BubblUs is a website to used to create mind maps. We used this website mainly during our planning process of our project. It was an organised way of presenting work and ideas we had for our thriller opening.

Throughout the whole of the project we have used Mac Computers. These computers are widely used in our school, so not only do we have lots of benefits from using Apple Computers, these computers are actually the only choice we have when it comes to working on a Computer.
